Introducing the Monarch Private Event Space ~ formerly MONARCH Restaurant. Co-owners Jeff Orbin and Aaron Teitelbaum have converted their existing restaurant space to a new private events venue.

The Monarch Private Event Space features over 10,000 square feet of sophisticated, upscale event space perfectly suited to hosting wedding receptions, charity events, cocktail parties with live music and corporate holiday parties.

Monarch is centrally located in Downtown Maplewood, just one mile from highway 40 and two miles from highway 44.

Catering for the Monarch Event Space is provided by the award-winning Herbies Vintage ‘72 restaurant located in the Central West End. Herbies is the sister-restaurant of Monarch and is one of St. Louis’s hottest restaurants.

With over 20 years in the cullinary arts, Herbies Executive Chef Aaron Teitelbaum creates exquisitely prepared menus tailored specifically for your individual event.

Herbies menu options feature a wide range of local, regional and international cuisine, and are expertly presented with a highly-trained event planning staff.
